About Laurisa

Hi, I’m Laurisa a certified practitioner and instructor of ~ yoga, breathwork, and meditation with over a decade of experience helping people reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom. My work blends nervous-system science with embodied practice, inviting you to build calm, clarity, and resilience one breath at a time.

What I teach is a practice ~ a way of showing up for yourself daily, learning to stay grounded when life shifts, and flexible when challenges arise. These tools aren’t quick fixes; they’re pathways back to your higher mind, your intuition, and the steadier parts of you that know how to navigate change.

 

From trail running and surfing to art, dance, and time in nature, movement shapes the way I understand the world,  always reminding me that evolution happens through repetition, curiosity, and presence.
